"The Fokker C.XIw"

The W-8 is about to clear the catapult of H.M.S. "de Ruyter", of the Royal Netherlands Navy for a training mission. The W-8 belonged to GVT 13 and was normally stationed at Morokrembangan in the former Dutch East Indies. The aircraft was destroyed on Lengkong Lake, march 2, 1942. Only fiftheen C.XIws were build.
